Sleek Weapon Panels (HUD mod compatible)

Changes the weapon panels to be more sleek, with darker backgrounds and no outlines.

This directly changes the texture for weapon panels, so it's compatible with most HUD mods. If it doesn't work, make sure this mod appears above your HUD mod in the addon list. If it still doesn't work, your HUD mod likely does not use the default weapon panel textures.
