Yes, you just have to open the mod's file with WinRAR and delete the Minigun sounds.

Found a bug:
If you hold right-click with the Chainsaw Launcher out, the sound only plays for about 2 seconds before stopping completely, even if you are still holding the button. This doesn't happen when the mod is not activated.
