Born-to-Run Sound Fix

Adds the missing sound event frames for the single-wield pistol, minigun and cannon born-to-run sprinting animations, so that the sprint and footstep sounds play for them.

Should also work for custom player models that use the vanilla player minigun and pistol animation files too.
