Sears Garage Pack 1

In addition to houses, Sears offered a selection of outbuildings including detached garages. The garages came in a variety of styles to compliment a wide variety of Sears Homes, and were offered in multiple sizes, and one or two car versions. Like the houses, changes were made to the style of garages offered over the years. This pack includes three one car garages, The Bartlett, The Decatur and The Douglas. All three share textures with loading screen mod, and with my Sears Modern Homes TWO CAR garage pack. All three have been modeled below grade for slight slope tolerance. A ramp and stairs will appear when exposed on a slope.
