Conveyor Belt

Description
Conveyor belt as a new transport system. Can transport cargo.

Two different types available:
- Conveyor belt for bulk cargo (available from 1892)
- Conveyor belt for palettes (can transport every cargo type; available from 1961)

There is a suitable bridge included.
You can choose between different wall types for the buildings.
With LOD levels.

The conveyor belt is technically a road. To transport cargo, you have to buy the suitable 'trucks'. To build the streets, please use always the 'curved' option and I advise you to lock the street immediately, that a town can't change it to a normal street anymore. For junctions, use the 'conveyor belt junction'. For bridges, use the bridge constructions in the cargo stations menu or connect the road to the bridge stub from a station. You can't find the suitable bridges in the normal bridge construction menu.
The conveyor belts and the stations have their own category in the roads menu.

The vanilla cargo and the cargo from the Industry expanded mod, the Yeol's Senseless Industries (V2) Mod and the Expanded Production Chains (1.3) Mod are fully supported. Other mod cargo types should be able to be transported, but they may be invisible.

I think a regularly repeating chain of goods would look a bit strange.

I am using this but find it a bit of an issue that it needs so many vehicles, this may affect game performance and there is clutter on the HUD when vehicles are visible. Is it not possible to make the "vehicle" longer, like 3 or 4 times as long and have a higher capcity by the same factor and then also have higher costs of course?

I have no problems. Did you try to re-subscribe the mod? Any error messages?

can you make this mod but for oil pipelines?

Is there any way to increase the capacity? I was hoping this mod would be able to outpace trucks, but the loading time is much too slow for that purpose.

This is an absolutely brilliant piece of modding! Once I figured out how to use it, I was amazed at the genius of it. Well done, fav'd and award given.

Now if only you made one that moved barrels of oil/crude, that would make my TPF2 life even better.

4. If you simply connect them straight, the angles between them will not be consistent. After that, shorten both belt parts once.In this state the belt is disconnected.
5. Now we adjust the height of the stations. That's where the "MOVE IT" MOD comes in. Move one of the stations up or down to adjust it to a height that allows you to create a straight up and down belt.
6. After adjusting the height, stretch the shortened belt. This completes the belt that maintains the same angle. Please note that this will not happen unless you adjust the height of the station only after the belt has been shortened and disconnected
