Sprays mod

Sprays mod allows you to bring dynamically placeable 'sprays' into your game.
Sprays work with copy / paste, Blueprints, projections and more!

The mod comes with no sprays you must install a sprays addon!

Creating your own addons!
One feature of the sprays mod is the ability to create your own spray addons!
If you want to create a spray addon follow this guide


Basic tutorial
Open the menu using the keybind `Shift+\`
You can click or over hover the toolbar to open the extras menu
You can hold shift or ctrl to get finer spray rotations
Click on the search option in the toolbar to open the search GUI


FAQ
[Q]: I cant see any sprays after reloading
[A]: Open the toolbar and hit refresh sprays

[Q]: How do i open the spray menu?
[A]: `Shift + \` - you can rebind this by opening chat and pressing F1

[Q]: how can I line up my spray right?
[A]: when scrolling hold alt or shift

yea guy i think your mod is broken when i go to press Shift + \| nothing happens and rich HUD master doesn't detect your mod as a HUD to change.

The mod has no sprays in the base version. you need spray addons

I tried to make an addon but it doesn't seem to be working, I've tried reinstalling this the addon and rich hud, tried re-downloading the tool and making a new version, tired using the local and steam side mods but nothing seems to work. I created a world with only my addon this mod and rich hud master but no sprays appear and the mod detects 0 folders, do you know what could be going wrong?

I know youre probably on a big long break from se, but ill ask this anyway. would there be a way to reduce the metallic effect of the decals. extra slider maybe? its really annoying when you need a bunch of ambient light or direct reflections to brighten them above almost pitch black. theyre practically useless in dimly lit interiors.

Also "Eraser" thingy if you enter to it via shift +\ menu you are stuck with cursor being on screen after you remove spray.
Printing blueprints that have been sprayed on not really works - projectors shows them but blocks don't have them.

Hey ,I tried that mod in multiplayer with a friend and I noticed an issue.
I host the world and can see them putting decals/flags on blocks but they can't see mine until I copy-paste grid or they rejoin the world.

From the small snippet I think this might be a corrupt keybind file, try to delete `%appdata%/SpaceEngineers\Storage\SpraysMod-Keybinds.cfg`. If that doesnt work feel free to join the discord with more information as steam is- not the best.
