Well yeah, that M4 model was kitbased using assets from Call of Duty games, not made from scratch by Juniez.
If you mean the original Black Mesa version that they made once, sadly it never gone public iirc.
And if you mean this in a MW reanimation pack for Half-Life 2 on Gamebanana, then it's most likely just a model kitbashed from CoD, which you can find various ports of them already here.

Yeah true lol, the models in the original game weren't not that realistic in terms of design or proportions, but still, they were some of the most realistic looking weapons back when most FPS games still uses completely fictional designs for the weapons.
And yeah, the original designs with higher quality just looks goofy nowadays, but they're still an interesting novelty to me personally lol.
