This is a prop pack containing custom decks, patios, and sheds for the upcoming release of the SUBURBIA phase I growable residential assets.

This pack contains:

- random deck/patio for Crestview
- random deck/patio for Woodview
- 20x26ft basic deck
- 8x14ft taupe resin shed
- 8x7ft taupe resin shed
- 8x4ft brown resin shed
- 8x7ft brown resin shed
- small brown resin deck box
- random 10x10ft hard or soft-top gazebo (low poly) (added 27 Feb)

These props can be used on their own if you like, however note that the thumbnails for them are not great.

These assets are low on tris and texture size. The textures are shared between the sheds, and between the decks/patios to help on RAM.
