This mod gives an error at startup if you do not use RHS GREF. You added:

"rhsgref_c_vehicles_ret" in the required addons list, but that does not make any sense since you made a separate compatibility mod for GREF anyways. So if people just use RHS AFRF without running RHS GREF and use this mod, they get an error when they launch Arma. I think this is a bug.
