Siskin-Ion is a technology ship manufactured by "Space Defence Systems", designed to pull the ship's projection out of the welding wall under zero gravity conditions. Some amenities in the form of an oxygen generator had to be sacrificed to make the design lighter, but because of this, the Siskin-Ion is incredibly cheap and easy to assemble. While its primary function is to pull projections of ships, it can also be used for reconnaissance.

After dozens of years, the United Earth Navy has decommissioned obsolete Space Defence Systems ships. The warehouses were overflowing with obsolete warships, opening up great opportunities for the black market. The manufacturer was forced to fight the overcrowded warehouses under threats of termination of military contracts. SDS hired a private company, Tsidao Dismantling, which began dismantling obsolete warship models.Since there were large dumps of ships in various parts of the United Earth territories, the decision was made not to send the materials back to the SDS shipyards, but to manufacture the ships on site using the latest S.M.O.L Carrier autonomous deployment ship and several auxiliary ships. This immediately solved several problems with logistics and delivery of new models on site.
