Beskrivning
One of my favorite variations of the Shining Wizard is when Mutoh would just catch a dude with it while they're getting in the ring or leaning against the ropes (or barricade). So that's about what this is - Wizard the fool into the ropes so hard he bounces back

Damage is about the same as the rope skewer front kick, but it can critical (finisher)

Update: Fixed a visual priority issue
