I sometimes would encounter the wandering assassin and noticed it was not something really special or a actual function so now you can recruit them.
If your allied with the shinobi thieves they will be cheaper

The patch also fixes the relations requirements. And adds an option to have them bodyguard your character for 14 days if you tell them their initial price is too steep.

If you have relations -1 or less with shinobi thieves they will not speak to you

Okay I made it. So for anyone who doesn't want to be paid by the assassins when recruiting them, and also thinks they are worth a lot more money than 5-12k (more like 25-35k) then I made this patch https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?edit=true&id=2618476468

I managed to find the Dialogue options and changed them. But I cant find the actual payment part (I am newb with FCS)
