Modern track - composite + CSRR

This mod add to the game a modern track with composite sleepers and CSRR catenary (Dimplified Reinforced Regularized Catenary)

Composite sleepers are tested around Munich and CSRR catenary are deployed in the Toulouse - Bayonne line.
The track is a repaint from Raptor Ark's "FS Starter Pack" ans the catenary was created by myself.

Availability : From 2020
Speeds : 120, 160, 220, 270 et 360 km/h
