I think it's working.
Alt + L ( Alt right , ENGLISH LAYOUT) to pinpoint the location and place the port.

It looks cool but does not produce resources

Could you add a slate industry system as i have a north wales map but i can't find anything connected with slate anywhere on the workshop not even a slate brush?

Awesome mod! Is there some way to make the Oil rigs spawn randomly on the map in the beginning of the game? Placing them myself feels cheesing a bit. :)

@Society - Sorry, I wish I had an answer for you on that, mate. Someone posted a guide on how to retrieve a savegame when mods get corrupted or removed. Personally, when this has happened to me, I have gone back to autosaves when I think the problem occurred and been able to pickup from that point and save a new game with a new name. - Cheers!

@Braco One - Thanks for the info. A question : how to prevent this happening again in the future? I am right now making a copy of my Workshop folder with a view to having a workaround should this happen again in the future. Do you do anything different to protect hours of work invested in a save game?

Dug around and found a mod called oil cargo platform 1.1 was the conflict causing ctd while trying to use this mod. I didn't load it and it worked fine. I believe it also has been removed from the workshop as I can't seem to find it. Hope this helps.
