At the end of the video, it’s barely visible, but it looked like a coach bus passing by in the background. It was a close up.

If you're talking about the mirror effect, I believe it's a hole in the wall with mirrored animations. The frame and wall are quite plain, you can find substitutes for those. These are the only officially released models, so the ones you saw must be custom.

I was hopeing for the wall that was used as a mirror when sniper was brushing his teeth with the photos. I saw it in a video before but dont know how it's done and I figured it'd be here
