The Herald suffers 1/3 blight whenever he is healed.

Extra blight amount if targets are bleeding/stunned/marked*
Uses debuff chance instead of blight chance

*The bonus blight amount can be activated AFTER the initial blight is applied, so you don't need to set the targets up beforehand.

Self: +2 DMG vs blighted, +20% debuff chance vs below 50% hp for 4 battles.

When his stress reaches 100, the Herald is guaranteed to be afflicted with Unfettered. Stat changes are as follow:
+20% debuff chance
+3 speed
+15% DMG received
Along with various act-outs.

The Herald does not suffer any Death's Door or Mortality debuffs.
The Herald is not religious.
The Herald uses the Athenaeum district.
On crit, the Herald debuffs target with +10% DMG received for 3 rds.
