Unlocks: Technology - Education

Holy Site districts within 6 tiles of this wonder provide +2 Culture to adjacent unimproved tiles and gain Tourism equal to half their Faith adjacency (Requires player has Flight Technology). Culture and Tourism bonuses are doubled on tiles with Breathtaking appeal.

Must be built on a lake tile.

This is making me think that civ 7 should have more sized down wonders that look more apart of the cities instead of looking like they can be as tall or wider as mountains but there can still be some big wonders like maybe mont st michel or potala palace
