Capella Tower [RICO] Main Building

The Capella Tower (also known as 225 South Sixth) is an office skyscraper located in Minneapolis (Minnesota, USA).
Initially "225 South Sixth", the tower was later renamed Capella Tower, named after its main occupant (a company of the same name).

Adapted for the game Cities Skyline.
This asset is the "Main Tower", it can be accompanied with the "Adjacent building"
