And well, technically it's another new tool made by someone else, but yeah it mostly can now.
While my ports are made with models extracted from files of older versions of the game myself.
The old tool got some problems with extracting some certain models though, as they could potentially crash the tool itself, but there's a new ps2ls2 tool that came out recently and supports new .pack2 formats, maybe you can try it.
