Dual M1911s Sounds (HQ Mix)

Sounds meant to go with my Overhauling the Originals M1911s on TLS Animations mod. This makes the pistols both use the same firing sound, as well as fixes the reload sounds still using the ones from L4D1.

You can use these without the mod if you want, they're not actual requirements, I just have it listed as one to make people aware of it since it's in the screenshots.

If you're here FROM the mod, please be aware this isn't actually required to use it. I just made this a separate file just in-case people want to use their own custom sounds and don't want to edit the mods, or don't know how.


Q: What do you mean by "HQ Mix"?
A: TECHNICAL BABBLE AHEAD: The Left 4 Dead 1 pistol sounds (or all the gun sounds, actually) are technically mono and not stereo, because the left channel was used for the actual shooting sound, while the right channel was used for the distance/echo sound. Valve stopped doing this in Left 4 Dead 2 and instead just used better stereo tech to make higher-quality sounds overall.

Basically, I've done my best to make the original L4D1 pistol sounds sound more like the L4D2 gun sounds, which are higher quality in general, as well as being stereo.
