[WOTC] Pistol Friendly Skirmishers Torso Decos

TL;DR: Adds three modified Torso Deco options for Skirmishers that removes holstered pistols/small canisters models that would interfere with an actual Pistol model positioned at the side.

While using Dedicated Pistol Slot to add Pistols to Skirmishers, I've noticed their Torso Decos options have two flaws:

• They depict holstered pistols that are never actually used and will sometimes clip with an actual Pistol model positioned at the soldier's hip.
  
• One option has two small canisters that clip with a Pistol model positioned at the hip.

So I made this mod, which adds three new Torso Deco options for Skirmishers which are modified to remove any pistol obstructing objects (or holstered pistols in general). Also adds capeless variations of Combat Gear A, at the request of @SkySpirit.
