You likely have too many assets for your PC to handle. Are you subscribed only to this Collection ot this + other assets? Try subscribing only to the assets in this collection. If that still crashes, your PC is not strong enough :D

It's a District Style. It's a Collection of assets from the Workshop compiled into a Style. It cannot not work. It will always work as long as the game has District Styles and the assets exist on the Workshop. So, yes. It still works.
