playtest plus the move that puts a static border around the screen pls fix :D

I suck so bad at the recovery. I feel like half the time I do the Up Special and aim it at some static it doesn't teleport. It only really works if I lightly tap Up Special and theres one right above me.

i need to know where to find more sign type characters like this

if your having trouble with recovery try aiming your up special at the static created by the projectiles from your neutral special, it'll teleport you to them
