With knowledge of making focus weapons RULA facility made one of the most powerfull weapon in history of human kind. Weapon capable of firing pure energy was born. Double barreled energy pulse rifle named Double Trouble.

-Sadly after infection all RULA's blueprints were stolen. Mostly by Scorpion-7 and the Coalition.

• Via horde beacon
  
• At Scorpion-7 (It will appear on shadowstalker spawns)

-Not so. But even if it is, it is very rare and the crafts are not the cheapest. All attachments stats are fair and balanced. Also you can see every stat in the description of item (Hello Elver).
