Fixed a number of bugs that I've been putting off for awhile.
-Fixed the firestation roof
-Fixed walled garage doors
-added missing staircases
-Added southern lake to in-game map
-A couple of minor tweaks here/there

@Naohm -probably a week or two after the stable version comes out. Assuming that's when they drop the tools to do it.

@2FF -my experience is generally that you have to start a new save game for freshly loaded mods to work. Especially if you've already visited the cells that the map occupies in your save game.
