Doesnt work atall, played with the mod years ago, reinstalled the game, mod + dependencies, tried multiple worlds using the mod, tried commands to raise the level and nothing

There is a diving suit. It allows you to sink and walk around on surface.
Since your already flying you can also just use the spectator to build

No matter what i do i can't get the water working. i've tried all water core commands, even some space engineers commands, no results. Need help

No. If you don't want the tide to change you can set the speed to 0

In case it happens to anyone else, some change to at least one possibly other mods is making it so even if your map doesn't have Water Core, it makes water anyway. After fiddling aropund I gave up trying to figure out which non-water-related mod was causing it and just added Water Core to the map, went into creative and activated admin tools, then followed the author's directions for making the water smaller than the planet:
"If you use /help tide
it has a good explanation on what the commands do.
To lower the water level, just type /tide min -1000
Then type /tide water -1000
Then /tide max -1000"

Flooding problem solved without spending a couple days removing mods one by one.
