FGM-148 Javelin [Spec-Ops Project]

Descripción
FGM-148 Javelin is an American man-portable fire-and-forget anti-tank missile. It uses automatic infrared guidance that allows the user to seek cover immediately after launch, as opposed to wire-guided systems. The Javelin's HEAT warhead is capable of defeating modern tanks by attacking them from above where their armor is thinnest

is this weapon supposed to be able to lock onto planes because it does not when i try to use it on buzzards, any thoughts?

The main issue is that the vertical attack mode is too easily disturbed, and only two shots can hit one shot

Isn't there two attack modes for javelin anti tank missiles: direct fire and top attack? Why is there only a vertical attack mode?
