I am loving the cryogenic winters! I one saw a negative one hundred degree temperature! It is a shame that you cannot make Heating Needs reflect that.
(BTW, listing the Environment Changer as a Dependency might make sense.)
It takes thirty minutes to load my gigabytes of Mods, so I will test the Mod on the next new game that I start.
As for other popular mods like Relight and Ultimate Eyecandy, i think Pluto doesnt need them. Relight on most LUTs tends to be too dark and even adjusting the light sliders look kinda ~artificial colorized~. Eyecandy works better on Pluto.
