[CRM_L_2]China Railway FXD2 Series Electric Locomotive

설명
One of China's first 30T axle load heavy-haul electric locomotives, developed by CRRC Datong Locomotive Co., Ltd. Initially designated as HXD2F, the name was later changed to FX (meaning "Rejuvenation") to align with the slogan promoted by General Secretary Xi Jinping. However, as the axle load increases, the weight of fully loaded freight trains also increases. For an 8-drive-axle locomotive, it is completely insufficient for a single locomotive to pull a 14,000-ton train.

@JinYuki 一般重开steam，还不行就先把HXD2那个模组开了就行。我HXD2跟HXD2B是一个包里，后边还会加国产HXD2

@JinYuki 更新补丁发了。就是购车选项卡的参数引用了一个HXD2B的参数，因为选项卡本身是不会被买出来的所以我没管。HXD2B在HXD2系列机车那个模组里。

存档中原本没有订阅HXD2系列，我现在去订阅这个HXD2系列，然后再加载存档，是这样操作吗？会不会也加载不了HXD2系列呢？

@JinYuki 购车页面选项卡的问题，修复补丁发布前可以通过加载HXD2系列那个模组解决

大佬，从0开始新开一个游戏。如果禁用这个复兴电2模组，可以正常进入游戏。如果使用复兴电2模组，在加载过程中还是报错了，和之前报错一样。信息是这样的，大佬能看出什么问题不
