Essential Lighthouse

Lighthouse with some floodlights, nothing special.

Backstory:
Knowing the relevance for mapmakers the lighthouse was declared a historic building by the UCSM (united cities skylines mayors), no further changes allowed.
The Seafaring and Ferry administration though was bothered because the abandoned Lighthouse no longer were able to fullfill their purpose of guiding Vessels through the various maps which often resulted in lots of scratches, especially bridges required increased funding for repainting them.
With recent discoveries of fisihing industries even more ships are to be expected so there was a need for change.
The debate got pretty heated but then the aviation admistration stepped in pointing out that with the continuous flaws of pathfinding and the also recently introduced aviation options for the private market it is paramount to have additional guidiance systems in place. So the UCSM settled for a compromise. They would not allow the abandoned buildings to be restored but they agreed to lighting the buildings up at night to provide decent orientation spots captains and pilots could use to navigate if the CPS (city positioning system) should fail as it often does... In the hopes mapmakers would try to help prevent the cost of instarepair buildings, props and the likes by using this slightly upgraded Version of our beloved landmarks.
