Gyll's Vanilla: Leper

Gyll’s Vanilla: Leper reworks the Leper by:
- Improving his overall power level without sacrificing his unique identity
- Tightening up the focus of his utility skills
- Leaning in to his flavor by making him a legitimate stress tank

It's included in the Gyll's Vanilla: Heroes mod, but is now also available as a standalone mod for people who don't want to use all 15 non-DLC vanilla reworks.
