Combine Onslaught 2

Description
This map has received its FINAL update. It will only receive any bug fixes from now on.

Fight wave after wave of combine soldiers, once you press the button at the spawn the waves will never end. Test your weapon packs and sweps out in an arena made to slay Combine. You can receive ammo from the ammo crates and combine dispenser in the combine outpost.

I definitely recommend using a good weapon pack. I've tested vanilla HL2 weapons and they will get the job done just fine, but their damage output is underwhelming compared to the amount of combine soldiers you will be fighting.

You SHOULD ABSOLUTELY turn off keep ragdolls (ai_serverragdolls 0 in the console)


The map has been tested thoroughly in singleplayer, it works in multiplayer but some features may be buggy/inconsistent.

You can actually find all the older vmfs of this map on the discord, I haven't deleted a single one afaik. They just need to be recompiled.

I think the only thing you would need is the older custom combine model and textures to make them work, but those should be provided inside the zip archive they are already in.

You can disable the suppression device in the spawn room or you can find a blue object on the map that lets it target the combine instead.

Yes, you can always look at the vmf of this map to see how things work, I organized it to the best of my ability but some things do remain messy on it.

You can also always ask questions in the discord but I am a busy man so I might not always be there to answer them, but i will try to get to any and all questions at some point.
