Realistic Railway Slopes

For all tracks, a maximum gradient is set (default 40‰, default value of the game is 75‰).
With this, it is easier to build realistic track gradients.
The value can be changed with the mod settings (in the loading menu).
Tracks that define their own slope, keep the value.

In addition, the Embankment Slope can also be changed.
The default of this mod is 0.5, which is a bit smoother than Vanilla (0.75).
Embankment Slope High forces the slope also on higher terrain differences.

Also, there are 4 instead of 2 steps on the slope arrows (like with streets).
