Double Garages - PACK

Welcome to my first asset(s)

This is a pack of three double car detatched garages typical of many American suburbs built in the early 20th Century. All three feature a custom foundation for slight slopes. I plan to use these with a series of residential assets that I have planned for the near future. Find them with "Find it" by searching for PIT garage. Please give a "thumbs up" if you like my assets.

Garage 1 features ashlar stone veneer with a green tiled hip roof.

Garage 2 is brick with stucco Tudor style gables, and a green Spanish tiled clipped gable roof. Four color variations are included for the brick.

Garage 3 is also brick with a standard gable roofline with slate shingles. It also features four color variations for the brick.


Textures: 512x512, d, n, s, c* (no color map on garage 1). These will be shared with garage pack 2 (single garages), so if you have the loading screen mod they will only load once.
