[SCP] Guthen's Addons Base

Used as base addon for my SCPs addons. Also allow to edit my scripts through panel.

Type 'guthscpbase' in the console to open the configuration panel.

─ Allow an easy in-game configuration system (guthscpbase in your client console)
─ Custom sound system allowing better control on them*
─ Entity breaking system allowing doors and props breaking*
─ Base entity to derive from*

*These features are only effective on addons (mostly mine) using this base, this will do nothing if you don't have any.

─ guthscpbase_repair_entities: Server; Repair all broken entities
─ guthscpbase_debug_break_at_trace: Client (Superadmin); Destroy the looked entities
─ guthscpbase_stop_channel_sounds: Client; Stop and remove all sound channels currently playing
─ guthscpbase_print_channel_sounds: Client; Print all the existing sound channels
─ guthscpbase: Client (Superadmin); The must-have console command of this addon! Show the configuration panel and allow you to edit all available settings of installed compatible addons
