Basewars - Keycard Scanner tool

A simple tool that create keycard scanners, they works like a button but they can be only used by a member of your faction.
Compatible only with basewars gamemode

late edit: I called it a "keycard scanner" even though there is no keycard SWEP because it's not practical in a Basewars. I used that name to emphasise that you require some kind of access to use it, unlike a simple button. In hindsight i should have named it something like "fingerprint scanner" but i don't really play gmod anymore so i doubt ill ever update this addon again.
