The Brotherhood Compendium - T45b Power Armor Integration

Beskrivning
Integrates T-45b Power Armor into the BoS faction. Knights will have it by default, and now BoS traders will sell it.

You need both The BoS Compendium and the T-45b Power Armor mods.

Also adds hands and feet to the T-45b, to match the Compendium's Armors.
Also also rebalances T-45b stats to match progression of going T-45 to to T-51 to ST-50.
Also also also sets knights, paladins, sentinals, and elders, to wear recon underarmor.

the issue with the stats is that Patches\BoS_T45_Tag_Patch.xml is looking in "/apparel/statBases" and "/apparel/equippedstatOffsets" when it should just be "/statBases" and "/equippedstatOffsets". if you edit the file to remove the extra "/apparel", I think everything else works fine

For those wanting to know I've tried it on 1.3. Both mods work but somewhat. T-45b is working and ingame, but the intergration mod, meaning this one, it does work but some features are not working right. The T-45 does get the hands and feet but the stats are not working right so its better than the T-51. And the knights, paladins, sentinals and elders do wear the recon underarmor except the new brotherhood elite guys added. So only the stats are kinda wonky so its still ok.

It seems that only a few of us were getting the error, just makes it more difficult to figure out when it's an author that doesn't get the error haha thank you so much!

Thanks; didn't notice that. Removed the copy part, uploading now.

That said; I'm using V's edit with this version, and I haven't been getting errors.
