UA: Las Tres Culturas
+2 Production from Portrait and Landscape Great Works.
+4 Culture from Artifacts and Sculpture Great Works.
+4 Faith from Relics and Religious Great Works.
Monuments receive 2 slots for Great Works of Art.

UU: Chinaco
Mexican Light-Cavalry unit unlocked at the discovery of Nationalism, which requires less resources than other mounted units of the same Era.
Chinacos generate Great General and Great Artist Points when defeating enemy units.
When inside owned territory Chinacos may move after attacking.


UTI: Panteon Civil
Mexican unique Tile Improvement unlocked at Recorded History.
May only be built at grasslands and plains tiles, and doesn't remove Forests.
Provides +2 Faith and +1 Culture.
Receives an Standard Culture Adjacency bonus from other Panteones Civiles.
Receives a Minor Faith Adjacency bonus from Farms and Forests.
Receives a permanent boost of +1 Culture every second time a Great Person charge is used within 2 tiles (up to +10 Culture)

Porfirio Diaz
LUA: Los Cientificos
Great Engineers, Great Merchants and Great Scientists acquired during Golden Ages receive an additional Charge. Gains access to the Guardia Rural at the discovery of Rifling.

LUU: Guardia Rural
Unique Mexican replacement for the Ranger when Porfirio Diaz is their leader.
Guardias Rurales provide +1 Era Score when defeating Barbarian or Free City units.
When stationed on top of a Farm tile, Guardias Rurales gain +5 Combat Strength and generate Zone of Control.

Agenda: Less Politics, More Administration
Respects civilizations that lead in the completion of specialty District Projects while sharing his Government. Dislikes civilizations with different Governments that let bandits and barbarians around them and considers them their enemies.

Additionally, this mod replaces the Mexico City CS with San Antonio, while keeping its bonus ability.
Diego Rivera has also been added as an Industrial Great Artist for all civs to get.
As for Alvaro Obregon, he'll be released as a separate alt leader mod in the future.

NOTE: The leader is not animated, it's a 2D collage.
