Sorry, I don't know then, I've seen screenshots by other people using skins for thins building and it works for me https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2365986672
You can always try unsubscribing and subscribing to this building and the skins but I doubt it'll help.

What do you mean by "not displayed"? You don't see the repainting button in the building menu or nothing changes after you click it or something else?

I downloaded the kindergarten and the skin too, but why the skin is not displayed for me?
