A rework of the "Invite a Local" mod by coegho.

This mod reworks many of the features of the original mod, allowing it to work again.
Allows for the invitation of locals from faraway lands even if the land isn't owned by you.

Features

Allows the player to invite lowborn adult males and females from any province to your court.
Costs gold to invite.

Planned Features

- Make it cost more to invite locals the farther away from your capital you go.

- Add the ability to invite children in addition to adults.

- Plan to add a gamerule that doesn't allow the player to invite locals from out of diplomatic range.

- Plan to add a relation hit with feudal lords as nobles wouldn't appreciate the ruler inviting lowborns.

IF anyone wants same culture and religion characters too, go into the mods decision file and add #'s in front of line 39 to 44 and 132 to 137.

Can't invite locals with my culture & religion. For my own realm, I can only invite locals with DIFFERENT culture or religion.

Doesn't seem to work with the Elder Kings mod.

Just wanted to say that this mod is really great as a quick fix for some of the shortcomings of the pagan "Enatic Clans" doctrine (which makes all the 'invite' options female, thus you can't easily spawn husbandos).

You haven't advertised it as such, you should consider mentioning it in your description. I'll just mention that I went ahead and edited the mod file so the checks for same religion/culture doesn't take place.
