[CTVehicles] Cadillac One Presidential Limousine (+simfphys)

The Cadillac One Presidential Limousine, a.k.a the Beast, ported by me as a driveable source vehicle (prop_vehicle_jeep base), converted to Simfphys by Willi302 . This is not the exact model currently in use in real life, but rather this is a slightly older version that looks like this [hips.hearstapps.com].

-Highly detailed interior and exterior
-Door animations (Rigged, Use the Advanced Bone Tool for manual posing. Also, you can only enter the vehicle from the 2 front doors without VCMod)
-Thick doors
-Animated speedometer and tachometer
-Full VCMod and ELS support, with seats.
-Removable antennae bodygroup
-Removable Flags bodygroup
-Change tyre bodygroup
-Spawns in black colour (can be changed) and has randomly chosen nation flags from the list below.
-Dynamic Sound System (SIMFPHYS EXCLUSIVE, not available on source version.)
Depending on whether you are in third person or first person view, the vehicle sounds will change accordingly.

Clientside ConVars:
simf_firstpersonsounds_enabled - Enables the dynamic sound system
After changing this mode you need to restart the map or reconnect.

Serverside ConVars:
ctv_selective_color_enabled - Enables the vehicle to spawn with certain selected colours (in this case, only black)
ctv_random_skin_enabled - Enables the vehicle to spawn with a randomly chosen skin (in this case the flag)

ConVar Values:
"0" - disabled
"1" - enabled

Note this is the flag template; the body of the car is not skinnable.

-17 Skin slots are available: national_flags14.vmt to national_flags30.vmt
-Try not to replace default skins : national_flags.vmt to national_flags13.vmt
-You can easily resize a nation's flag to fit within the template

For realism purposes, most existing skins contain the American Flag together with the host nation's flag.

-Vehicle isn't of best quality. Yes, I now regret trying to reduce a 3 million polygon vehicle by more than 10 times so that it could compile in one model.

A: Simfphys base is an OPTIONAL pack. If you want the simfphys version, download Simfphys Base together with this car.

Q: Da hek why texture still no show but I dl shared Tex alr?
A: Steam downloading bug, delete both shared texture and vehicle .gma files to allow a complete redownload.
