Team Fortress 2 - HWM Mercenaries Enhanced

Description
This here is the TF Mercs ported from Source 1 to Source 2, and have been enhanced to support new features for Source 2, like the new VR Skin shader and PBR.

This is an ASSET PACK, which means it won't load in-game like a normal addon. To load these in your current addon for Alyx, so that you can use them in Hammer or S2FM, you must first find the addon's .vpk (should be found in Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/546560/2101195711,) open that, and extract the files to your desired addon.

If Valve adds in a way to make addon dependencies, I'll update this with that information.

These boys have taken several weeks to make functional, and required using decompiled versions of them to make work. Their wrinklemaps don't work, something to do with dmx importing or when converting the old dmx files to the new format, so bare that in mind. I attempted to keep all of the available skins in the original game, but they do not have Uber versions due because that was a special shader effect that isn't available in HL:A. However, I may find a workaround later if I have the time.

For the eyes, Valve doesn't use the old eye system anymore. I've attached a eyeball_target bone to each character which is located exactly where the eyes are looking at. For each character, in t-pose, select eyeball_l, eyeball_r, and eyeball_target (in that order!!) and right click on eyeball_target, select "Constrain Transforms to 'eyeball_target'", and click "Aim Constraint." This will force the eyes to look right at the target bone, and then you can have the boys look anywhere.

I tried to downplay some issues with the shaders when it comes to the SSS. It can be quite weird at some angles of the light because the Skin shader made by Valve expects a much higher poly mesh like in HL:A. So, if you're having issues with the lighting, just add a stronger ambient/bounce light.

Also, they have no animations (except scout, he was cool I guess.) Animations can be imported from Source 1 Filmmaker using the export animation feature. I may go back to this project to add anims later.

The sources can be found here, packaged up so that people can make modifications or make their OCs in Source 2. I've also included the working files in case there's something useful to be gleemed from there. These are provided with NO SUPPORT. Credit goes to Maxxy for putting these together for me forever ago so that I could later abuse them for their worth:

Does anyone have the .vpk file for this? I deleted it by mistake and I can't seem to get it back from resubscribing the addon.

Oh my goodness, I was beginning to become afraid that there wasn't a port of the mercenaries to S2FM yet; upon having looked through the first two pages of search results. The relief I felt was enormous. You. Thank you. Thank you for porting these.!!!
