Cable car cables with dark brown pylons. Modified from the vanilla cable car cables.

This version fixed the "duplicate prefab name" error in the previous version.

I changed the pylon color and removed the reflection on vanilla white/blue pylons.

Same 3D models, same tris count and same texture size as the vanilla version.

I don't make or update Cities Skylines assets anymore. My assets are not very good in terms of quality, but feel free to use modtools to extract the mesh/texture and do anything you want to them. You have the permission to upload the modified versions to the workshop.
