  1. Half-timbered buildings designed by me.

Item name structure
For #1 items, the name structure is service+model. Ex: LR-01 = Low Residential (LR) + Model no. 1 (01)

Row / Corner assets: they are designed to fit. The roof matches perfectly on both sides with assets from the same set, it has 1mm difference when overlapping, so no z fighting. You can create rows, corners +/- 90 etc. You have to have flat terrain and, if needed, align them at same height, obvious, with Move It.

Probably all items will be Level 1. You can make them historical.
