Stop vassals' external wars

As every Conclave player very well knows, even with disallowed vassal wars, those vassals who are not de jure part of your empire can still wage external wars, until their realm gets integrated into yours completely (100 years on normal game rules). All this time they are constantly ruining your blob's perfect borders, conquering chrisitan and muslim holy places and do every thing possible to piss you off.

Well, look no further! With this small and simple mod you can now demand your vassals to agree to white peace in any offensive wars they are currently waging. This will cost you 200 prestige and will make vassal in question extremely dissapointed (-25 to relations for 2 years).

This option is available to absolute rulers (Council power abolished) of Emperor rank and, obviously, with disallowed vassal wars.

Be aware, though, that I made this mod for my current game and haven't tested it extensively. I don't know how it will behave if you try to stop your vassal's crusade or jihad or how it will inerfere with special CBs. Please use it only as intended in order to avoid potential game-breaking bugs.
