Mod for the 'Central do Brasil: Gold Rush' map

This mod is required for the “Central do Brasil: Gold Rush” map. It includes a range of objects, assets and scripts to make the map a little bit more Brazilian. It includes the following:

• Brazilian music is (bossanova and samba) added to the game.

• Brazilian street- and person names

• New cargo types:
Gold
Livestock

• A script that adds a new cargo type to all vehicles in the game that can carry a specific existing cargo type. For example, all vehicles that can carry coal, can also carry gold.

• New industries:
Meat farm (makes livestock)
Port, for exporting gold.
Port, for importing coal.
Food factory (needs livestock and makes food)
Gold mine (makes gold)

• New texture: River. The map has the ocean, but I also wanted to add rivers to the rest of the map. However, that part of the map has a much higher altitude. I therefore added the rivers as texture; so they are just esthetical.

• Passenger station buildings are repainted to a more Brazilian style.

• Rails got a more yellow, grassy texture to fit better in the landscape
