SNPC Particle Resource Pack

This is strictly a particle resource addon, this is so I can update this and have any NPC updated as well so that they use newer particle FX. This is to avoid having to update 20 addons if they share a PCF between them, ultimately this lets me repurpose any VFX into any addon.

Note that the particles in here may conflict with other packs that aren't updated with the new VFX. Or could cause conflict them with, keep in mind other addons are also being updated to add support for the new system. Thank you for your patience.
