-I uploaded this cuz' for some reason i haved problems setting this value in 0 for default and other people also had this problem or they simply did not know how to change it through the console (On this days its now possible change it in setting from gmod)

To fix the bright lights (the sprite issue), Press and hold "Q", click "Utilities" tab, click "Admin", click "Environment", then finally click "Disable sprites".
