[WOTC] Grenade Rebalance

解説
FEATURES

This mod reconfigures grenades so they provide a more balanced experience when used with Precision Explosives second wave option and [WOTC] Grenade Scatter, and also fixes some personal pet peeves.

Full list of changes:
  • Frag Grenade: range 10 -> 12, radius 3 -> 4.
  • Plasma Grenade: range 10 -> 12, radius 3 -> 4
  • Incendiary Grenade: range 10 -> 12, radius 3 -> 4. No longer Shreds, initial explosion now deals Fire damage.
  • Firebomb: range 10 -> 12, radius 4 -> 5. No longer Shreds, initial explosion now deals Fire damage.
  • Flashbang: radius 8 -> 6
  • Gas Grenade: range 10 -> 12. No longer Shreds, initial explosion now deals Poison damage.
  • Gas Bomb: range 10 -> 12. No longer Shreds, initial explosion now deals Poison damage.
  • Acid Grenade: range 10 -> 12, radius 3 -> 4. Shred 2 -> 3. Initial explosion now deals Acid damage.
  • Acid Bomb: range 10 -> 12, radius 3 -> 4. Initial explosion now deals Acid damage.
  • EMP Grenade: Hack Defense reduction -5 -> -15
  • EMP Bomb: Hack Defense reduction -10 -> -30
  • Grenade Launcher: range bonus 4 -> 2. No longer increases explosion radius.
  • Advanced Grenade Launcher: range bonus 5 -> 4. No longer increases explosion radius.

[WoTC]Tier III Grenades:
  • Plasma Warhead: range 10 -> 12, radius 4 -> 5
  • Incendiary Warhead: range 10 -> 12. No longer Shreds, initial explosion now deals Fire damage.
  • Acid Warhead: range 10 -> 12. Initial explosion now deals Acid damage.
  • Gas Warhead: range 10 -> 12. No longer Shreds, initial explosion now deals Poison damage.
  • Smoke Warhead: fixed a bug that prevented it from being carried alongside offensive grenades. The fix requires [WOTC] Iridar's Weapon Skin Replacer.
  • EMP Warhead: Hack Defense reduction -15 -> -45

Added a fix to make Tier III Smoke Bomb a proper utility item that can be carried alongside offensive grenades, just like regular Smoke Grenades.

[WOTC] Molotovs by Iridar:
  • Molotov: range 8 -> 10, radius 3 -> 4

[WOTC] Sub Sonic Grenade:
  • Sub Sonic Grenade: radius 8 -> 5.

Beam Grenade Launcher:
  • Beam Grenade Launcher: range bonus 5 -> 6. No longer increases explosion radius.

[WOTC] The Hive:
  • Ripper Grenade: range 10 -> 12.
  • Ripper Bomb: range 10 -> 12, radius 5 -> 6.

Enemy grenades are not affected.

REQUIREMENTS

The mod is intended to be used alongside [WOTC] Grenade Scatter with [WOTC] Iridar's Scatter Mod, as well as Precision Explosives second wave option, but none of it is technically required.

This mod can be safely added or removed mid-campaign, but don't do it mid-tactical, just in case.

[WOTC] Iridar's Weapon Skin Replacer is required in order for this mod to apply the fix to Tier III Smoke Grenade and make it a proper utility item that can be carried alongside offensive grenades, just like it works for Tier I and Tier II Smoke Grenades.

COMPATIBILITY

This mod DOES NOT affect grenades from [WotC] 'Launchers and Hand Grenades' - An Explosive Weapon Pack.
If anybody's willing to do provide me with adjusted configuration files for that mod, I'll gladly include them in this mod.

Musashi's RPG Overhaul makes similar changes to grenades. Which mod's config changes win out will depend on your mod load order.

Best grenade mod in the workshop imo. Love how highly configurable it is. Also, just to let people know, this works perfectly fine alongside ADVENT Avenger's Flashbang Blinds WOTC.

I am using this mod as well as the Precision Explosives option. As a result it seems very difficult/impossible to remove cover with grenades. Is this intentional?

Why not boost the damage of EMP grenades? Bluescreen rounds blow them out of the water, damage wise.

I think this nerfs the grenade launcher a little too hard.

Technically the minus line is not even required, I should remove those.
