Описание
This is the Alpha 11 version of my office building

The building is fully furnished, including a working heating/cooling system:

Heating provided by central heating & radiators
Cooling provided by roof AC & ventilations and also by ceiling fans and AC units in some rooms which doesn´t care about noise

+ added security cams
+ added fire alarms
+ added sprinkler
+ added mini fridges

Different than my original office building, this one has now only one main entrance instead of two.
This should ensure more security since thieves now only have one way to get inside the building.

Cost: 7.105.289 € / 7,894,766 $

The building has 7 floors and a basement, but it´s modular.
If you need more space, you can easily expand the building by adding more floors.

Is there a way to stop the requirement for stairs?

There´re 2 ways to do that:

1. Go to move company (press ESC) and then choose a location of your choice, wheter it´s city, village or rual. Then choose my building via the blueprint tab and place it.

2. If you have already moved your company and you want to expand, then you can buy some more land and place my building on it. Also, you can delete your current one to clear the place and replace it with my building, if you just want to swap your headquarter. Note, that you might loose produced items like meals and printed copies this way.

This is a blueprint. You need a free plot of land. Then go into the building mode, click on the "blueprint"-button (looks like a building), pick the blueprint and place it down.
